Aaron Rosenbloom, LPC

Aaron is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He received his Masters Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling Psychology from Hahnemann University in 1995. He received his Pennsylvania Professional Counselor’s license in September 2008.

With more than 25 years of counseling experience, prior to moving into private practice Aaron worked for several Community Mental Health agencies providing services in Behavioral Health, Treatment Foster Care and Addictions Treatment.

Aaron works with children from 3 years old through adults age 65, utilizing individual and family therapy modalities. Therapeutic approaches include person-centered, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and an eclectic mixture drawn from other theories.

Aaron’s areas of specialty include work with attention deficit and disruptive disorders, oppositional/defiant conduct in children, the effects of substance abuse in adolescents and adults, anxiety and depression, parent/child and sibling relationships, and grief and loss in children and adults.

Aaron is also a working artist/jeweler. He strongly believes in the resilience and tenacity of the Human Spirit, and the therapeutic benefits of play and creative process in both children and adults.
